The new Starlink V4 satellite dish and Internet router paraphernalia have now arrived in Target stores  with self installation instructions. The retailer also offers Residential and Roam service plan subscriptions and 30-day returns.

Ah, THIS explains  why I saw Vlad Putin in Target the other day with a cart full of these, using self checkout. I glanced over and at one point I saw him rubbing his hands together with a large grin on his face.

He did not show his receipt on the way out.
