Some of Samsung's Galaxy series features won't work unless paired with a Samsung smartphone. You also forgot to mention that Google only gives Fitbit Premium for 6 months and to get most value, one needs to subscribe.
The last entry on the list isn't even on Wear OS 4, I think. Even Galaxy Watch 4 got the latest update.
