Title: Garmin announces new update for older high-end smartwatches
Post by: Redaktion on March 22, 2024, 13:52:05
The Garmin Beta Version 26.93 update is now available for various smartwatch models, including the Fenix 6. The software adds a new option for Connect IQ apps, which could affect the wearables' battery life. Customers must manually download and install the software, as with other recent releases.

Article mention "old high end garmin smart watch", my 2+ year old garmin smart watch cost me $2500, but it's not on your list of "high end" smart watches that cost only $600. How are they high end when my $2500 garmin watch is not getting any upgrade. Maybe call them mid range as they are not even half the cost of my garmin smart watch!

Do some research before you post an article!

The best value I have seen is from Amazon. Buying a renewed Fenix 6 Saphire will run you around $360, saving yourself a couple of hundred dollars.

Hi, myself own a high end Garmin Fenix X type smartwatch and I don't think it's fair how they pick and choose which older watch gets the update. I thought Fitbit was bad. I guess they're all the same as far as updates and upgrades.
