RTX 5090 will cost $3000 🤣
This doesn't necessarily mean the 5090, the same chip will be used in other segments

Who is "we", definitely not me, 4k is pretty good at 32 inch, try that first, its good enough not to need more or bearing the weight of gaming with four times 4k graphics. Also IPS sucks, try QDOLED, its smoking hot, and please ignore burn in, I've been gaming for 4 years while working from home on the same CX oled display, so around 16 hours a day without any burn in.
NO! not an overkill for the consumers! our monitor techs are outpacing our GPU. we have 4k monitor exceeding 60 hz while even the best GPU (4090) can barely 60 fps native resolution witb ray tracing and ray pathing on. keep working on improving the GPUs. catch up to our monitor output techs

32" <140ppi. fhd 15.6" > 141 ppi. Your 32" is suck.

Sucks. Bad contrast on light enviroment. Fast burn in (+unstable colors) - small resource (IPS/VA backlit resource about 40k+ hours for monitors, even old CCFL - 40k+). Low frequency PWM bad for eyes. And this is glossy.
8k - first ideal IPS/VA monitors with native constrast 2000:1+.
