Comparing the Inspiron 16 5630 to the previous Inspiron 15 7573, it looks like a step backwards: fewer connections inside and out; soldered memory with no expansion and one M2 slot.
Compare that to the 7573 with two DDR4 SODIMMs, an M2 (SATA/NVMe to 2280), space for a 2.5" SATA SSD.
The 5630 might be inexpensive but is not likely to be a 3+ year everyday carry.
