A South Korean media outlet reports that yields for Samsung's 3 nm process is less than 60%. Samsung confirmed earlier that next year's Exynos 2500 SoC will be manufactured on it. Unspecified products from other companies like Nvidia and Qualcomm are also slated to use it.
