Title: Razer Sneki Snek Wall Light launches for some new sustainable gaming ambience
Post by: Redaktion on February 18, 2024, 22:45:03
Razer's Sneki Snek mascot is back to "Ssssave More Trees" in a new wall-mounted neon LED form. It allows the user to decorate their gaming space with the adorable character in full RGB, and is rated for a simple, "plug-and-play" installation process. Then again, its lighting modes and charging options are limited.

There is nothing sustainable about this wall decoration.
It's made with plastics, has a PCB, and made in China. Petroleum, heavy metals and arsenic, and a government that couldn't give two pennies for the environment. Then, there is the ridiculous amount of packaging that Razer uses.

Quotes from customer marketing material should have quotation marks around them, especially in the headline of the article. It's all marketing buzzword nonsense.

I like my Razer products quite well and will continue to purchase them. But c'mon man, sustainable? That's laughable.
