Lenovo's flagship business laptop with the i7 processor and 32 GB of RAM has experienced a significant price reduction on Amazon. This drop represents a remarkable 38% decrease from its original price.https://www.notebookcheck.net/Lenovo-ThinkPad-X1-Carbon-drops-to-record-low-of-1-047-77-on-Amazon.804539.0.html
That's not the world's lightest 14" business notebook. The Fujitsu UH-X/H1 is 689g.
I'm reminded of the old adage, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". I'd pass on this particular offer. That price raises too many red flags for me.

It's a Gen 9 from 2021, there is Gen 12 just out. The price is completely normal for the 32 GB model with a 1200p panel. 2400p is still very expensive. You can buy used/refurbished Gen 9 in mint shape with no any visible wear for $600-ish though.
Ah... quad-core 11th gen. There's the gotcha.

Incorrect. Lenovo itself does not sell laptops on Amazon, at least in the US.
