It appears that ASUS is actively working towards delivering a successor to last year's Zenfone 10. Arriving months before its probable release, the handset has been seen sporting flagship hardware, including 16 GB of RAM.

Asus has taken the crown from Sony for best niche smartphone. The past several Zenfones have been absolutely incredible devices. Hope these grow in popularity.

Very nice devices, but short security updates support period in comparison to Pixel 8 is just sad... But damn, 3.5 jack and long battery life in Zenfone 10 made this hard decision for me...

Does it support version 3 of the USB protocol yet?

They pulled a fast one on the zenphone-10 and used the legacy usb-2 protocol that's about a decade out of date which means anything USB will either work slowly or not at all. And HDMI dongle falls into the not at all category in spite of the fact that it fits into the modern USBC physical port.

Yes, they did that. They used the new physical port and the obsolete protocol and didn't disclaim the problem which cost Asus this customer forever.

Unfortunately, you still cannot unlock the bootloader. They target enthusiasts and behave like a fast fashion brand.
