Title: Tesla Cybertruck first off-road test: Youtuber has trouble getting up small hills, mudguards broken
Post by: Redaktion on January 23, 2024, 18:03:01
The Tesla Cybertruck is tested by a Youtuber in what is probably its first real off-road test, and seems to be struggling with even small obstacles. Did Elon Musk rush the launch of the e-pickup? Cybertruck enthusiasts are hoping that software updates will address at least some of its shortcomings.

QuoteThe pickup's excellent front camera is praised, and driving through mud and downhill is no problem.

Amazing, folks.  This truck drives DOWNHILL, and INCLUDES a CAMERA!

I'm guessing a lift kit upgrade probably isn't easily achieved

To call this test the ''first real world off-road test'' of the cybertruck is a flat out lie. We have seen dozens of other 'You tubers' do the same tests long before now ( a lot of them even before the official delivery event) and the performance has been stellar!. The real challenge with the cybertruck is Tesla's ability to ramp up to meet the millions of outstanding orders. These pessimistic reviews by novice drivers won't do nothing about it.

It's lack of articulating axles that is the problem dammit! Not software, not tires, not driver skill! Axles! Fukking articulating axles keep the wheels in touch. The cybertrukk has all 4 wheels fixed in one plane! Why is everybody so fukking stupid?
