BYD can't meet western safety standards and doesn't honor their warranty. This is the reason BYD vehicles are illegal in North America. If you care about your readers, or safety in general, warn them about the dangers posed by BYD vehicles and BYD batteries. This is the reason wealthy Chinese car buyers would rather pay more to buy a Tesla than buy a cheaper BYD.
