I changed delivery to like all EU countries and "Shipping: Does not ship to..." for pretty much any of them including Germany (and this site was founded by Austrians/Germans, if I'm not mistaken). Why does such offers never happen in the EU tho?

I have been asking this in almost every "deal" article found here... All of them are specifically and exclusively meant to US citizens
