NVIDIA is reportedly gearing up to release a cut-back version of the RTX 4090 exclusively for China next month. Termed the RTX 4090D or "Dragon", the GPU allegedly employs an AD102-250 chip, a lower power limit than the RTX 4090, and fewer CUDA cores.

Wait, shouldnt this just be titled "...as NVIDIA's effort to comply with US sanctions requirements"?? how is this bypassing them if its not selling the things that are restricted
