The looks and pricing of the Tesla Cybertruck proved to be the most off-putting aspects for respondents in a recent survey. Respondents are confirmed to not be Cybertruck reservation holders, who number in the millions. In the survey, as many as 67% people said they would not buy a Cybertruck.

33% of regular consumers is a lot of people

You can always tell competitors' marketing teams are working hard when you see reference to "reddit poll" in the article.

1 out of 3 would buy one, in terms of desirability that's pretty good - how that translates into actual sales in this dire economy is another story.

In any case, it aims to measure how effective the marketing supporting this thing is, not whether this was a good business move or not (which can't only look at sales numbers anyway).
