Multiple players have found their PSN accounts banned out of the blue. Sony support says that it is due to a back-end issue, but the company has yet to make an official statement confirming it.

This seems like someone has figured out a way to get users banned via automated exploit and Sony is left scrambling to figure it out.

Whether intentional or due to bug exploits, it cannot affect me as Sony has been on my Black List for a long time due to their earlier malware.
