Qualcomm has officially unveiled its newest upper-mid-range SoC, the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. It comes with a tri-cluster GPU, an Adreno 720 GPU, a Spectra ISP and a Hexagod NPU. https://www.notebookcheck.net/Qualcomm-Snapdragon-7-Gen-3-4-nm-SoC-announced-with-marginal-upgrades-over-the-Snapdragon-7-Gen-2.768451.0.html
Because of the AI BS we will soon not be able to make heads from tails about the true power of a GPU. It will be even more marketing BS than with HDR.
And still, this insignificant garbage chip from Qualcomm, at the end of 2023 (!), does not support banal video recording 4K@60fps (with a bitrate up to 120Mbit/s). What should have long been available even in smartphones costing $130-150.
