OPPO has made the latest version of ColorOS official today (November 16, 2023). The software is based on Android 14, although it contains a host of custom tweaks and tools, some of which have almost iOS 17- or One UI 6-like qualities. It is now available in beta form, which is on route to more of the OEM's smartphones at the time of writing.
