The MessengerPi is a messenger that can transmit messages over a distance of up to 3 miles. It's also possible to order a walkie-talkie, but this is expected to offer a significantly shorter range.

Looks like 1000 feet with current antenna/ power output.
Looks like its 2.4 ghz

If it was line of site, you could go very far!

Ohhh,  1000 feed used for talking....  —it must be a digi mode.... And 3 miles for text messages.

Over a distance. That distance is up to 3 miles. The syntax is correct.
