Another marketing lie for illiterate idiots, i.e. the majority of the world's population - DP1.4 does NOT support 8k resolution even in 24-bit color with 60fps in 4:4:4 in lossless mode. This requires a minimum of 48Gbps of pure data bandwidth, without service traffic. DP1.4 has a pure stream without overhead data - a maximum of 25.92Gbps. HDMI 2.1 has 42.2Gbps.

Only full DP2.0+ at 80Gbps supports 8k monitors. There are no other options for today. Ugreen is a company for the second-tier poor and has never produced quality goods that meet specifications.

The shame of the entire IT industry has been going on for 4(!) years already! DP2.0 was released in 2019, but it is not even in the 13-14th generation of Intel and not in Zen4 and not even in GTX4090! It has been available since May 2023 only in professional AMD video cards and nowhere else.
