So ok you got me to look - First and foremost - it must not be National as in my area the Bestbuy website offers this up at the $1499 price.

Second, this is a hard pass for a FHD+ (1920 x 1200 (WUXGA)) screen.

Granted the 4060 ought to be able to game at that resolution well however it is NOT QHD. (like you mention in your post)

$1000-1200 sounds about right for this type of configuration.
