Google is still a few days away from fulfilling initial Pixel 8 Pro pre-orders. Nonetheless, YouTuber PBKreviews has already shown what the new flagship's cameras are capable of at 10x, 30x and when shooting videos in daylight or at night.

Only if they were cheaper.

Just check the price of anything below:
Nikon z9
85mm f1.2 lens
135 f1.8 plena lens
(And no, cheaper body and lenses won't cut)

But it's not just the price, portability is a key factor as well.

People want best camera in the most portable form and if it's the built in camera of the phone then that's why smartphone cameras are in so much demand.
