The massive 75-inch version of the TCL QM8 is back on sale at multiple online retailers, which have shaved a notable 35 percent or US$800 off the official price tag of the incredibly bright Mini-LED TV from the current 2023 model year.https://www.notebookcheck.net/Big-75-inch-TCL-QM8-4K-Mini-LED-TV-with-120Hz-and-2-000-nits-on-sale-for-its-lowest-price-ever.756502.0.html
Buyer beware. TCL 50" televisions are blanking out after a year or sometimes less because of a software problem. The backlighting in the sets refuses to come on and they have no fix for it other than suggesting a reset procedure that doesn't always work. They haven't recalled the sets and tell you it's out of warranty. Search the problem for yourself before buying their products.
I have to agree with Robb regarding the TCL TVs blacking out. I have a TCL 55 and I did suffer the blackout. However, I was lucky enough to get a replacement from TCL however, it took forever and a day. I love the TV but I'm just waiting for the next issue to pop up because now i have no warranty. my advice and a recommendation is to buy the television, just make sure you buy the extended warranty.
BJs selling TCL TVS with standard 4 year warranty. Not al models but great price and warranty.
