The fastest components are not always the best, as proven by the EliteBook 845 G10. With the smaller Zen4 Ryzen 7 7840U processor, the business notebook is even better because the fan almost always remains inactive in everyday use.

Now the best choice is Minisforum's Surface type 2-in-1 tablets that will be launched in early 2024 powered by AMD Ryzen 8040U "Hawk Point" APU with AMD ZEN 4 + RDNA 3 + Artificial intelligence and published here on notebookcheck

It's bold to assume that is will be available before August 2024 tho. At that point just wait for their 9000 (9050?) series.
