Title: Apple Airpods Pro 2 updated with USB-C charging, lossless audio support and IP54 rating

While Apple did not announce it separately in its launch event, it has quietly updated the Airpods Pro 2 to feature a USB-C charging case, in line with the new USB-C equipped iPhone 15. The Airpods themselves remain largely unchanged, except for added lossless audio support in conjunction with the upcoming Apple Vision Pro, and a slightly improved IP54 rating for dust-resistance in both the case and the earphones.

I don't plan to buy overpriced and bulky 1st gen Apple Vision Pro. Why lossless audio support is limited only to VR googles? What is the technical reason behind this?
