A new Nintendo Switch 2 rumor has surfaced claiming that the next-generation hybrid console could actually arrive with more memory than a powerful rival like the Microsoft Xbox Series S. The same source has also offered an update in regard to the Switch 2's potential DLSS support and ray-tracing capabilities.https://www.notebookcheck.net/Consumer-Nintendo-Switch-2-rumored-to-have-more-RAM-than-the-Xbox-Series-S.747820.0.html
So does this mean that there will be an nVidia Shield TV refresh soon?
Switch 2.. Ok, I'm waiting for it.
It sounds like it would be using Lovelace if it was capable of using DLSS3. Combined with the 12 GB of RAM, any console game that can run on the Xbox Series S should be able to run on it. It could get a bunch of ports that don't suck this time around.
Big if true.

Highly doubt it, unless it's China exclusive.
I'm pretty sure Nvidia is pretty much done with that project, as there hasnt been any leaks around it from what I have seen.
Besides, there's more money to be made on Switch than on the Nvidia Shield project.
Consumer Nintendo Switch 2? Does that mean there's a pro level Nintendo Switch 2 as well?
I'd love a clamshell form factor. A keyboard would be cool too.

No. It means as opposed to a development kit version which have more RAM than the consoles we get for debugging purposes
