This configuration also features a 16-inch IPS panel with 1920x1200 resolution and 120 Hz refresh, 16 GB DDR4-3200 RAM, 512 GB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD storage, plus premium features like a Thunderbolt 4 connector, SD card reader and fingerprint sensor.https://www.notebookcheck.net/ASUS-VivoBook-16X-with-i7-13700H-and-RTX-4060-slips-under-US-1-000.747610.0.html
It's a shame that it doesn't come with AMD ZEN 4 Phoenix because I don't need the dGPU for my work and because it would even be a little cheaper with AMD, which heats up less and consumes less energy.

I agree. I also wish they offered one without the numpad and a non-OLED IPS 100% wide-gamut color display
Where are those mysterious non-dGPU cheaper-than-Intel 7040 laptops? The absolute cheapest one here in the EU is this HP: https://www.computeruniverse.net/en/p/90927958
So it has a meh display, Ryzen 5 7540U, 16 GB RAM, and it's more expensive than much stronger i7 13700H + RTX 4060 with better display.
Edit:
And check this if you add a few € bucks on top of that R5 7540 HP; you get 2880x1800 90 Hz OLED screen along with the i7 13700H and no dGPU: https://www.computeruniverse.net/en/p/90931076
R5 7540U is 36% slower than the i7 13700H ( https://www.cpubenchmark.net/compare/5226vs5629/Intel-i7-13700H-vs-AMD-Ryzen-5-PRO-7540U ) and with the latter you get a far superior screen. 7040 laptops are priced way too high for what they offer.
