While the mass market Tesla Model 2 is expected to land at about a US$22,000 starting price, KIA has unveiled a Ray EV whose 4-seater version is pegged at exactly that tag. It, however, offers a smaller 35 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery than the Model 2's rumored 53 kWh pack. https://www.notebookcheck.net/Tesla-Model-2-competitor-KIA-Ray-unveiled-at-a-similar-purported-price-yet-smaller-battery.743444.0.html
I love how we are comparing specs from an announced vehicle to ***rumors*** and specs of a new Tesla vehicle.
Even the ones Tesla announced (I'm looking at you, Cybertrk) are half a decade late.
Why is quite literally half of all news in this "News" sub-forum somehow related to Tesla? Is it really nothing happening with anyone else (like Rimac Nevera setting a hell lot of records recently and it's also an EV)?
