A Tesla Model 3 driver found himself in a pickle after his Model 3 aquaplaned on some flood water and careened off the side of the road into a sizeable pool of water. The owner of the Model 3 puts the blame for the accident squarely on Tesla, despite the company's warnings to remain vigilant when using its Full Self-Driving software. https://www.notebookcheck.net/Video-shows-Tesla-FSD-turning-Model-3-into-impromptu-dinghy-after-hydroplaning-on-flooded-road-while-owner-blames-Tesla-and-wants-to-sue.742730.0.html
If this isn't 100% driver/human error what else is?
He should have clearly seen the water and it's brutally obvious that the driver should take over in such a situation.
Not that Teslas marketing of "Full Self Driving" is wrong as we just witnessed. And they more often than not blame the drivers even though it's their software that failed (a self driving car should always recognize emergency lights and slow down, move to the side, or stop/disengage).
Tesla is for brain dead honks.. and they are brain dead.. lol
