It seems that there could be signs that Google may be moving away from offering SIM card slots in its Pixel smartphones for some markets. While only a theory for now, an Android expert does not consider the idea an impossibility at this stage.

Louis Rossman is 100% correct in his assessment of what's going on.

Tech companies removes features with each "update" of thei product.
And in the end, it will be Everything As A Service, and you will own nothing.... and no, you will not be happy
