The Insta360 ONE RS is a high-end modular action camera that has received an uncharacteristic bunch of discounts through some of its major retail channels. Meanwhile, its maker has released teasers for a new way to capture "underwater experiences" with an imminent launch. It might be a whole new form of waterproof camera - then again, maybe not.
