The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has been denied an injunction against Microsoft's proposed US$68.7 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard. The district judge dealing with the case appeared to be satisfied with the commitments offered especially in regard to the Call of Duty franchise. The UK's Competition and Markets Agency (CMA) has now made a new agreement with Microsoft.
