According to a new report, Google has missed deadlines to release its first TSMC-derived chipset next year. Google need to burn a lot of money for the R&D of SoC. Like, Apple invests a lot that's why their chips are both powerful and efficient.
Don't know what Samsung is doing with their foundry and their SoC (Exynos).
