The SER6 Max is the latest entry in Beelink's SER6 series. Returning to the Ryzen 7 7735HS again, Beelink claims to have overclocked the Zen 3+ APU to 65 W, potentially giving it more headroom for its Radeon 680M iGPU. The SER6 Max will feature numerous ports too, including twin USB4 connections.

AMD Ryzen 5 5600x is hardly an entry level processor, even with Ryzen 7000 line of CPUs on sale today.
