MSI lowered the MSRP for the Ventus 3X OC RTX 4080 card by US$100 and Newegg offered for a little over 24 h an additional US$100 promo code. Prices are back to normal now, but such flash sales signal that AIBs are now more inclined to offer substantial deals on RTX 4080 cards.

Still ridiculously overpriced and at most is a $799 card. Apparently sales of this card are almost zero. With 7900XTX down to $950 and 7900XT rapidly approaching $700 only a lunatic would pay this sort of money for the 4080 and even the Nvidiots have abandoned the card.
