Volkswagen has introduced its latest flagship SUV as a plug-in hybrid that will, as such, be able to handle acceleration off the line as it will in practical uses such as towing. The new Touareg R eHybrid is also backed to look good doing either, with "re-designed" front and back ends, a new matte finish and some high-tech tweaks in common with some ID.-series vehicles.
