In choosing an official product name for its "first spatial computer", Apple apparently blanked on the fact that another major electronics OEM also calls its flagship AR glasses the "Vision" series. That's a pretty generic name, generic enough that I didn't think it would be TM-able. Vision is just an unmodified English word, and Pro here is the widely accepted (for decades) short for Professional, neither word, nor their combination should be regarded as unique, is that supposed to be acceptable as a trademark?
