Most users will be just fine with zero Ethernet ports. It is 2023 not 2013.
AAEON is part of Asus, a Taiwanese company. Asus is well known.
Dual ethernet is useful in networking and embedded applications where it serves as a gateway or connects to two different types of networks (IP/ethernet on one, industrial protocol on the other). Having options is nice, and they're generally cheap to add.
