According to a new report, Apple will release all iPhone 15 models with 48 MP primary cameras. Reputedly, the basic iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will receive a new triple-stacked camera sensor aimed at capturing more light to improve image quality.

A "triple stacked" that's different from X3, and more sensitive(less noisy) than even bayer?...Well, I suppose can see that coming from Apple, or it could be some sort of word play of the design of Sony's latest sensor, or it could be a further modified form of the design...though IMO that last case would be the least likely since it entirely undermines Sony Mobile's strategy.
