In addition to very low winter temperatures, battery-powered vehicles may also run into issues when they are operated in extremely high ambient temperatures. Therefore, Tesla has now shared an interesting video on YouTube that shows the rigorous testing of the Model Y and its other electric vehicles in the UAE.

High temperature isn't that big of a deal for the battery as long as the EV has passive liquid cooling. Aka most EVs in US other than Nissan Leaf

Of course some cooling systems are better than others but generally if you have liquid cooling you'll generally be fine
