According to a new report, Microsoft is set to target the iPad Pro 11 and iPad Pro 12.9 with its 10th-generation Surface Pro tablets. Allegedly, Microsoft will offer 11-inch and 13-inch variants, which should match each other with 120 Hz displays and powerful processors. A Surface Go 4 with ARM and Intel processors is also planned.

Bring a fanless 7940U version of the Pro and I might buy it.

+1 We all think the same that they put an AMD ZEN 4 7040 Phoenix = LPDDR5 + RDNA 3 + USB 4.0 + HDMI 2.1 + artificial intelligence and surely it runs out from day one remember that the AMD Zen 4 7040 have an ORANGE LABEL
It's a pity that Microsoft does not bet on AMD because the difference in size of the AMD 4nm and Intel 10nm processors makes Intel consume more energy and get hotter, shortening the life of the processor. In addition, Intel does not have Artificial intelligence that is very useful for the future Windows 12 and the Direct XII what AMD does have.

Sure? Thus far, this and passive cooling are only our hope.

Agreed, anything less than AMD Phoenix apu options will be a deal killer for me. I'd be more than happy with a 13" with AMD 7640/7840U and 32GB memory. But if memory is soldered on and ssd is also not replaceable then no deal.
