Expensive Starlink satellite Internet dish and decoder equipment can now be obtained on the cheap to expand its service footprint in Australia and New Zealand. The deal lowers the Starlink equipment price to just AUD$199, but it is only for select rural regions.

Does the dish and equipment cost $199 at this stage?  Is there an ongoing cost and, if so, is it fixed.  Is it guaranteed to work in my area?

Hi Eve,
I am also still searching for an answer to this question regarding the rural areas in Australia @ $199, but Starlink wont reply.
SAD really, & bad marketing :(
