The AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D is up to 31% faster than the Intel Core i9-13900K in AMD's in-house benchmarks. Some of the games tested include Cyberpunk 2077, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, CS: GO and Far Cry 6. All of the aforementioned tests were performed at 1080p with High settings.

You mean one stellar outlier in a game that always favours AMD. 7% on faster average and much slower than a 13600/700 for productivity. The best thing about v-cache is the improved power efficiency, not gaming benchmarks

Wow, 7800X3D is the fastest gaming processor in the world, while using 1/3 the power of intel 13900K while gaming!
