Title: First in-house Core i7-13700HX benchmarks show a 25 percent performance boost over the popular Core i7-12700H

The performance leap is noticeable over the previous generation Core i7-12700H. Power consumption, however, has scaled up as well. Expect many gaming laptops to begin shipping with larger AC adapter to better accommodate the Turbo Boost potential of Raptor Lake-H CPUs.

Lol. If there is anything modern laptops need it is more CPU's with even higher power consumption. Intel really is out of ideas. Repackaging the same crap every year

You are comparing a 12th gen 45w non-x part (i7-12700H) with 6 performance cores to a 13th gen 55w x-part (i7-13700HX) with 8 performance cores

You are comparing Apples with Oranges here, and the 25% "performance boost" is due to 2 extra cores and a higher wattage of the 13th gen chip...
