The Dimensity 9200 is one of the most powerful processors for smartphones or tablets on the market right now. However, its maker MediaTek is now tipped to supersede it with an updated version already. OnePlus and OPPO may be among the first brands to release mobile devices with this alleged Plus variant.

The upcoming arrival of the media Tek dimmensity 9200+ chip will add fuel to the fierce competition for phone chip supremacy as it'll battle the upcoming Qualcomm snapdragon 8 gen 3 and Apple A17 bionic. This fierce competition will bring new technology as well as higher performance benchmarks. Hopefully this will lower the prices of premium phones powered by one of these three chip.
