Purportedly, some Google employees are already in possession of Pixel Fold units. One has even been spotted on a New York subway train with Google's first foldable smartphone, which may launch before the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro.

The phone was not unfolded.  If it was a foldable one, it could have been any of the current ones in the market.  The guy suspiciously holds it in such a way as to hide the thickness.  So it could have been a setup with the help of a friend so this author could have something to write about a Pixel foldable phone.

Is this supposed to be satire? Maybe try taking the pictures with the camera next time instead of a Texas instruments calculator?
