New Quest 3 information has surfaced online. Purportedly, Meta plans to bring several improvements to market over the current Quest 2 with a view to getting 'enthusiasts fired up'. The Quest 3 will cost even more than the current Quest 2 though, which now costs US$499 with 256 GB of storage.

If only VR enthusiasts will be fired up, it still won't be a huge success. A huge success would be a VR set that can be comfortably worn all day long and can comfortably replace computer monitors for writing-/reading-related tasks. The market for such a headset would be, well, huge.
