Another patent featuring an Apple Watch with a camera has surfaced; however, this recently granted patent reveals a surprising feature for this potential smartwatch. Instead of the camera being installed on the front of the device, this particular concept Apple Watch has a rear-facing camera.

The only thing that somehow keeps me away from ditching my smartphone in favour of cellular smartwatch is lack of cameras.
Now, for start, one good camera would be great, however, it would probably be seriously underperforming due to paltry chips running current crop of smart watches.
