The C433 has been $180 through Best Buy repeatedly:

C433 has identical specs (14" 1080p touchscreen, M3-8100Y, 8 GB RAM, 64 GB eMMC) but slightly worse build quality:

Check the recent reviews before buying. They are sending the 433 instead of the 434.
