Evan Blass has leaked more renders for the ThinkPhone, a ThinkPad-inspired smartphone that Lenovo will sell through Motorola. The ThinkPhone is expected to be available with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage too, among other features.https://www.notebookcheck.net/Motorola-ThinkPhone-Leakers-reveal-more-details-and-high-quality-renders.676211.0.html
Sounds like another facelift. Something that's supposedly an offshoot of the Thinkpad doesn't even have a headphone jack, user-swappable batteries, nor some sort of physical keyboard. Ridiculous.
QuoteIt remains to be seen how the ThinkPhone will use its mysterious red button though, which sits between two antenna bands with a textured finish.
Er, have you ever seen a ThinkPad? Other manufacturers do use resistive strain pointer devices from time to time but but the ThinkPad brand is synonymous with the textured red nub called TrackPoint.
Please for the love of God include a headphone jack and a removable battery. ThinkPad fans would LOVE this, do your market research!!!
