Title: HP Dragonfly Folio 13.5 G3 convertible review: No more Snapdragon or Windows on ARM
Post by: Redaktion on December 11, 2022, 20:19:39
The 2022 Dragonfly Folio G3 directly addresses some key limitations of the ARM-based Elitebook Folio G2 for a much improved user experience. It's still a bit big, however, and it doesn't have as many ports as we would like.

I still think there should be an ARM version of this laptop. ARM chipset in general always gives better battery life than Intel x86 CPU. Also, it can be cheaper since it won't have a Thunderbolt port.

I can agree with that. NBC's Robo & Kala review shows that ARM still has its advantage on battery life. HP really missed the opportunity to create a whole lineup of Microsoft Surface Pro 9 alternative. I'm not sure if HP will make the ARM version any cheaper than the x86 counterpart, but it'd be great if they do.
